By doing so you are granting ZoomDog and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute and display your pictures, stories, names and any related information. You also grant each user of the site the right to view, access, store and reproduce such items for their own personal use only in connection with their use of the ZoomDog website. You warrant to ZoomDog that you have the right to grant the license and permission to use as stated above.

Any use of ZoomDog website pictures or information for any other commercial use or to obtain financial or marketing benefits is prohibited.

ZoomDog reserves the right to make any necessary modifications or deletions to the pictures and information submitted to us.
